The abridged prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as the "Documents") relating to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants will be despatched to the shareholders of SGB who have registered addresses in Malaysia and whose names appear in SGBs Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders"). The Documents will not be despatched to Entitled Shareholders with registered addresses outside Malaysia. Entitled Shareholders who wish to receive the Documents must provide the share registrar of SGB, Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended and will not be issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants and the Documents comply with the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia.
The Documents will be despatched to Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date.
