Remarks :
The above Bonus Issue has been approved by the shareholders of CBB at its Extraordinary General
Meeting on 29 March 2005.

The trading in the shares of CBB will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m on 27 May 2005, being three (3)
clear Market Days prior to the Entitlement date, to facilitate the implementation of the recall and subdivision
of shares. Hence, the last day for trading of the CBB shares on the Second Board Of Bursa Malaysia Securites
Berhad shall be on 26 May 2005.
