Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Companys announcement dated 2 August 2018 in relation to the Free Warrants Issue. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of TIGB within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
