1. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
2. Revision are made to the Entitlement Date and Payment Date due to the deferment of the 18th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") arising from the Movement Control Order ("MCO") from 18 March 2020 to 14 April 2020 imposed by the Government of Malaysia.
3. The payment of the Final Single Tier Dividend of 0.25 sen per share is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming AGM.
4. The date of the AGM has been deferred to a date to be decided later which will be announced after obtaining the approval from the Registrar of Companies ("ROC") on the application for extension of time to hold AGM. The result will only be known after ROC resumes its operations on 15 April 2020 (subject to further extension of MCO). |
