We refer to the announcement made on 24 August 2015 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcement"). For consistency purposes, the defined terms used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement, unless otherwise defined herein.
The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of 57,200,000 Bonus Shares to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) existing Cocoaland Shares held by the entitled shareholders as at 5:00 p.m. on 12 November 2015 ("Entitlement Date").
Fractional entitlements of the Bonus Shares, if any, will be disregarded and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Board in its absolute discretion deems fit and in the best interests of the Company.
In accordance with the Listing Requirements, the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall take place on 13 November 2015, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date.
