Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 19 October 2017 in relation to the Share Split. The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of MESB within four (4) market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Resultant Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Resultant Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 28 December 2017, being the next market day after the entitlement date for the Share Split. This announcement is dated 11 December 2017. |
