The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail the issuance of up to 75,396,296 Warrants on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every four (4) existing Ewein Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders.
The Company had on 13 August 2019 executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the receipt of the quotation application for the Warrants by Bursa Securities.
The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the Entitled Shareholders and the notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company within four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
