(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of Eden Inc. Berhad dated 29 June 2018 in relation to the Proposals.) The Free Warrants will be credited into the shareholders central depository system account and notices of allotment for the Free Warrants will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of Eden whose names appear in Eden's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2018 (Entitled Shareholder) at the address as per Eden's Record of Depositors within 8 market days from the entitlement date. The Free Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Free Warrants to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
