| The date of listing and quotation for the Subdivided Shares shall be 19 March 2010, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date for the Share Split. As the Bonus Issue will be carried out concurrently with a share split involving the subdivision of every one Hai-O Share in Hai-O (after the Bonus Issue) into two ordinary shares of RM0.50 each (“Subdivided Shares”), the Bonus Shares to be issued and listed on 19 March 2010 will be in the form of the Subdivided Shares. Hai-O’s Registrar will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 24 March 2010. |
