| Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Circular to Shareholders dated 1 March 2007. The Rights Issue forms an integral part of the Restructuring Scheme. Therefore, the Rights Issue, including the Capital Reduction and Capital Consolidation undertaken by PSCI are interconditional with the other proposals in the Restructuring Scheme. The rights entitlement are not traded on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) as PSCI Shares will be suspended from trading effectively three (3) clear market days before the BCD pursuant to the Capital Reduction and Capital Consolidation. All shares will continue to be suspended until listing of new PSCI shares issued pursuant to the Restructuring Scheme on the Main Board of Bursa Securities. |
