| The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively the “Documents”) will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at their Malaysian address as stated in Mah Sing’s Record of Depositors. The Documents have not been (and will not be) made to comply with the laws of any foreign jurisdiction and have not been (and will not be) lodged, registered or approved pursuant to or under any legislation (or with or by any regulatory authorities or other relevant bodies) of any jurisdiction other than Malaysia. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants complies with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia. The Rights Issue with Warrants to which the Documents relate to is only available to the Entitled Shareholders receiving the Documents electronically or otherwise within Malaysia. The Documents will not be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. Any shareholder who wishes to change/provide a Malaysian address, should inform his/her stockbroker or Mah Sing’s Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 26 January 2015. Should any holders of 2013/2018 Warrants of Mah Sing, constituted by a deed poll dated 18 February 2013 and expiring on 18 March 2018 (“Warrant B 2013/2018”) choose to exercise any Warrant B 2013/2018 held by them to be entitled to the Rights Issue with Warrants, kindly ensure that the subscription form(s) for such exercise is received by Mah Sing no later than 5.00 p.m. on 16 January 2015. This is to enable the new Mah Sing Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective holders of Warrant B 2013/2018 such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors for Mah Sing Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Where the holders of Warrant B 2013/2018 do not exercise their Warrant B 2013/2018, the number of Warrant B 2013/2018 held and the exercise price of the Warrant B 2013/2018 will be adjusted based on the deed poll dated 18 February 2013 constituting the Warrant B 2013/2018. Mah Sing will issue a separate notice to the holders of Warrant B 2013/2018 in accordance with the provisions of the said deed poll. This announcement is dated 12 January 2015. |
