On 23 August 2018, the Board of Directors of S P Setia ("Board") declared an interim dividend of 4.0 sen per S P Setia Share for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 ("Interim Dividend") and determined that the dividend reinvestment plan shall apply to the entire Interim Dividend ("10th DRP"). Shareholders of S P Setia are given an option to reinvest their entire Interim Dividend in new S P Setia Shares to be issued pursuant to the 10th DRP ("New Shares"). On behalf of the Board, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad has today announced that the issue price of the New Shares has been fixed at RM2.40 per New Share. The relevant documents and the dividend reinvestment form in relation to the 10th DRP will be dispatched to the entitled shareholders within 2 market days after the Entitlement Date (i.e. by 15 October 2018). Islamic Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS-i A") holders and Class B Islamic Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("RCPS-i B") holders are reminded to lodge with the Company's Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd their Conversion Notices by 5.00 p.m. on 2 October 2018 to qualify for the above Dividend Re-investment Plan entitlement.
