On 25 February 2016, the Board of Directors of S P Setia ("Board") declared a single-tier final cash dividend of 19 sen per S P Setia Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 ("Final Dividend").
Shareholders of S P Setia are given an option to reinvest their Final Dividend in new S P Setia Shares to be issued pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan ("New Shares").
On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad has today announced that the issue price of the New Shares has been fixed at RM2.65 per New Share.
