On 23 February 2017, the Board of Directors of S P Setia ("Board") declared a final dividend of 16 sen per S P Setia Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 ("Final Dividend") and determined that the dividend reinvestment plan shall apply to the entire Final Dividend ("7th DRP").
Shareholders of S P Setia are given an option to reinvest their Final Dividend in new S P Setia Shares to be issued pursuant to the 7th DRP ("New Shares").
On behalf of the Board, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad has today announced that the issue price of the New Shares has been fixed at RM3.30 per New Share.
The relevant documents and the dividend reinvestment form in relation to the 7th DRP will be despatched to the entitled shareholders two market days after the Entitlement Date (i.e. by 22 June 2017).
