| (The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in Ekovest's circular to shareholders dated 11 April 2014) The listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad shall take place on 2 June 2014, being the next market day immediately after the entitlement date of the Share Split. The share registrar of Ekovest will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to all the entitled shareholders by 6 June 2014, being four (4) market days after the listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares. Please note that the Subdivided Shares will be entitled to the Rights Issue With Warrants (as applicable). The Subdivided Shares will be credited to the CDS accounts of the Entitled Shareholders on the evening of the Entitlement Date for purposes of determining the entitlement to the Rights Issue With Warrants.
