The notice of book closure date in relation to the Rights Issue have been announced separately. Approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of the 11,343,216 additional Warrants-C (Additional Warrants-C) was obtained on 3 May 2017. Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue and Bonus Issue was obtained on 15 June 2017. Premised on the provisions of the Deed Poll, up to 11,343,172 additional Warrants-C shall be issued to the holders of the Warrants-C and the exercise price of the Warrants-C will be adjusted from RM0.50 to RM0.42 per Warrant-C under the provisions of the Deed Poll. The additional Warrants-C shall be allotted to entitled warrantholders of EGIB whose name appear on the Record of Depositors of EGIB on 20 September 2017. The Additional Warrants-C will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the RCPS. A notification to the Warrants-C holders setting out the details of the Rights Adjustments will be despatched in due course in accordance with the Deed Poll.
