| The bonus issue will entail the issuance of 80,064,000 Bonus Shares, to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing Pintaras Share held by the entitled shareholders on the Entitlement Date. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on 17 December 2013, being the next market day following the entitlement date. Notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares. This announcement is dated 18 October 2013. |
