| Holders of Warrants 2000/2005 (“Warrants”) of the Company will not qualify for the entitlement to the Offer For Sale UNLESS they exercise their Warrants and lodge their duly completed relevant subscription forms together with the subscription monies at the exercise price of RM2.25 for every one (1) new ordinary share of RM1.00 each in the Company to reach the Company’s Share Registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Malaysian Share Registration Services Sdn Bhd), Level 26, Menara Multi-Purpose, Capital Square, No. 8 Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by 5.00 p.m. on 16 August 2004 in order for the shares to be transferred into the respective depositors’ securities accounts prior to the Book Closure Date. The underwriting agreement for the abovementioned Offer For Sale has been entered into on 2 August 2004. This announcement is dated 2 August 2004. |
