| This amended announcement is made to rectify the amended announcement made on March 15, 2005 on the following items:- a) The Net Tangible Assets per Share of the Company as at the end of the quarter ended December 31, 2004 should be RM0.19 as the Referred R&D Cost should be recognised as Intangible Assets; and b) The audited figures should be used for the Preceding Financial Year ended December 31, 2003 in the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets and Statements of Changes in Equity.
