The declared dividend per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period are based on the par value of RM0.10 per ordinary share, prior to the share consolidation on 7 May 2015. The Board of Directors has declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 0.625 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 based on the issued and paid-up share capital as at 12 May 2015 (due to the limited decimal points allowed in the template, the declared dividend stated in Part A2 (6) has been rounded up to 0.63 sen for disclosure purpose only. The actual dividend declared is 0.625 sen). |
