Remarks :
i) Under Part A2 (Summary of Key Financial Information), the Profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent for the Individual Quarter of 31 March 2011 and 31 March 2010 should be RM10,825,000 and RM12,252,000 respectively and for the Cumulative Quarter of 31 March 2011 and 31 March 2010 should be RM24,234,000 and RM26,387,000 respectively.

ii) The following disclosures have also been added into the main presentation in respect of Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income:-

"Profit after taxation attributable to :

- Owners of the parent
-Minority Interest"

iii) The disclosure on Dividend Paid Per Share appearing under the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income has been replaced with Proposed/Declared Dividend Per Share to be consistent with Part A2.

Remarks :
The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share less tax of 25% and an interim tax-exempt dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2011. The dividends are payable on 10 June 2011 and the entitlement date has been fixed on 27 May 2011.
