| On 26 March 2008, the Company had announced that the change of financial year end from 31 December 2007 to 30 September 2008 and thus the current financial period would run from 1 January 2008 to 30 September 2008 covering a period of nine (9) months, and thereafter, the financial year end of Extol shall be 30 September, of each subsequent year. |
