Please refer to the announcement dated 14 August 2017 (Reference No.CFY-14082017-00001) in respect of change of financial year end of Sanichi Technology Berhad ("Sanichi" or the "Company")
The Company had changed its financial year end from 30 June to 31 December. Thus, the current set of financial statements will be made up from 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2017 covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall end on 31 December for each subsequent year. |
