Remarks : 
The following are the amendments made to the announcement made on 22 November 2018 and these amendments do not affect other key information in the earlier announcement:-

(i) Proposed/Declared dividend per share
*The declared dividend is 1 sen for the current year quarter and 2.5 sen for the cumulative period from current year to date.

(ii) Part B of the Explanatory Notes to the Quarterly Report ended 30 September 2018
The second paragraph of Item 1(a) of Part B of the Explanatory Notes has been amended to "During the quarter under review, Singapore as the primary revenue contributor, representing 40% of the Groups total revenue in 3Q2018. Malaysia came in second at 32%, followed by China (20%) and Taiwan (7%)."

*A final tax-exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 was proposed on 18 April 2018 and paid on 25 July 2018. The Company proposed to pay a first interim tax-exempt dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2018 on 8 January 2019.
