| For the financial year ended 31 December 2013, the Board is recommending a payment of a first and final dividend of 2.50 sen per ordinary share under single tier system (2012: 6.50 sen less 25% tax) and a preference share dividend of 3.00 sen (2012: 7.80 sen) per ICPS under single tier system, for the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates for the abovementioned dividend will be announced at a later date. |
