Remarks : 
A first interim single tier dividend of 24% (2014: 23%) has been declared by the Board of Directors in respect
of the financial year ending 31 December 2015.  The first interim single tier dividend will be paid on 24
August 2015 to Depositors whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at the close of business on
14 August 2015.
