Remarks : 
The first and final single tier dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 was paid on 18 September 2015 to the shareholders whose names appeared in the Record of Depositors on 24 August 2015 after the approval from the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 June 2015.
