Remarks :
The proposed dividend per share is in relation to the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2007. Please refer to Note B12 for further information.

There are no comparative figures disclosed for the preceding year corresponding quarter and period respectively following the change in the financial year end from 31 December to 31 March.

The Interim Report should be read in conjunction with the Audited Financial Statements of Bolton Berhad for the financial period ended 31 March 2006.
