Remarks :
For the financial year ended 31 March 2013, the Company declared a first and final dividend of 3.0 sen per share less 25% tax and dividend-in-specie by way of distribution of treasury shares on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every twenty (20) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company.
