| Dividend per share above refers to dividend per ordinary share. A Final Dividend of 5.0% tax exempt for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 is proposed for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A fixed cumulative preferential dividend at the rate of one per cent (1%) per annum less tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 will be paid on 15 March 2007 in respect of the 1% Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares 2002/2007. ("ICPS") The calculation of net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders is based on the number of ordinary shares issued as at the end of the quarter together with the number of ordinary shares to be issued assuming full conversion of the ICPS. |
