Remarks :
In respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2006:

i) an interim dividend of 12.5 sen per share less 28% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 27 July 2006 and subsequently paid on 28 August 2006;

ii) a special dividend of 28.0 sen per share less 28% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 31 October 2006 and subsequently paid on 30 November 2006 and

iii) a final dividend of 14.0 sen per share less 27% taxation will be proposed for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
