| For the financial year ended 31 December 2009: 1) an interim dividend comprising: i) franked dividend of 5.1 sen per share less 25% taxation (net 3.825 sen per share) and ii) single-tier dividend of 5.0 sen per share, was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 20 July 2009 and subsequently paid on 18 August 2009. 2) a final single-tier dividend of 9.0 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
