Remarks :
If the proposed final dividend is approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the total dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 will be 7.10 sen tax-exempt (2011 : 7.60 sen less income tax of 25% and 1.40 sen tax-exempt).
