Remarks :
During the financial year ended 31 December 2009:
a) a final share dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2008 at a ratio of 1 treasury share for every 30 existing ordinary shares of RM1 each held was distributed to the entitled shareholders on 28 September 2009; and
b) a share dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009 at a ratio of 1 treasury share for every 60 existing ordinary shares of RM1 each held was distributed to the entitled shareholders on 24 November 2009.

The Board of Directors has recommended the following in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009:
a) a distribution of treasury shares as share dividend at the ratio of 1 treasury share for every 90 ordinary shares of RM1 each held; and
b) a final dividend of 1.5%.
