| Remarks : |
| The Board of Directors has on 27 August 2012 declared the following dividends in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012 : (i) a tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 10% (or 2.5 sen) per ordinary share; and (ii) a special tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 15% (or 3.75 sen) per ordinary share. Both the aforesaid dividends will be paid on 28 September 2012 to shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 12 September 2012. |
