Remarks :
The Board of Directors is recommending a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 10% (2.50 sen per share) and a special tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 15% (3.75 sen per share) on 444,167,786 ordinary shares in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
