| The Board of Directors recommends a final dividend of 5 sen per share less income tax of 25% for the year ended 31.12.2011. The proposed final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Note: Amendment due to typographical error in the Summary of Key Financial Information i.e. the proposed/declared dividend per share for the cumulative quarter current year to date 31/12/2011 should be 15 sen and not 10 sen. The rest of the information remains the same. |
