Remarks :
The Board of Directors recommends a final dividend of 3.5 sen gross dividend per share less income tax of 25% and 1.5 sen single tier dividend per share for the year ended 31.12.2012. The proposed final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
