| The adoption of FRS Nos. 120 and 201 has no material impact on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Group. The interim dividend of 5.0 sen gross per share less Malaysian tax at 28% for the financial year ended 30th June 2005, which was declared on 28th February 2005, was paid on 20th May 2005. |
