| This is to correct the dates for the dividend payment and close of business in the Management Commentary as attached to the above Quarterly Report announced on 23rd February 2006, comsistemt with the amended Notice of Book Closure made on 24th February 2006. The Board of Directors wishes to confirm that the special interim dividend of Twenty Sen (RM0.20) per unit of share of RM1.00 each, less 28% Malaysian Income Tax in respect of the financial year ending 31st December 2005 will be paid on 26th April 2006 (instead of 9th June 2006 as earlier announced on 23rd February 2006) to the shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors or Register of Members at the close of business on 31st March 2006 (instead of 26th May 2006 as earlier announced on 23rd February 2006). |
