| Further to our announcement on the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2007, on 26 February 2008, the Group’s external auditors have further insisted that the Group make an allowance for diminution in value of quoted securities amounting to RM12,222,075. The effect to the Group’s loss for the year is as follows:- RM’000 Loss for the year – as reported on 26 February 2008 12,834 Less: Allowance for diminution in value of quoted securities 12,222 Loss for the year – as amended 25,056 Details of the amendments are detailed under attachment “amendment.xls”. Apart from the loss for the year and consequential changes related to it, no other changes were made to the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2007. c.c.
