| The amendment is to accrue the dividend payable of RM3,691,000. Consequently, the reserves are reduced from RM129,361,000 to RM125,670,000, the net tangible assets per share from RM1.75 to RM1.72 and the total distributable reserve as at 31.10.2005 from RM36,671,000 to RM32,980,000. |
