Remarks :
The Board of Directors of the Company recommends a final tax exempt dividend of 4% in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2009 subject to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting (For financial year 31 December 2008 - final dividend of 4% less tax at 25%).
