| The calculation of basic earnings per share in the preceding year corresponding quarter and period ended 30 June 2004 were based on the net profit of RM5.341 million and RM10.446 million respectively, and the adjusted number of ordinary shares in issue of 79,796,703 and 78,148,352 respectively, after taking into consideration of 6,000,000 placement shares issued on 12 May 2004 and 16,500,000 bonus shares issued on 1 July 2004. |
