| The Directors recommend a final dividend of 2% less tax totalling RM1,188,000 in respect of the year ended 31 December 2005, which is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. This proposed dividend has not been included in the financial statements. The lower final dividend proposed of 2 sen gross per share less 28% tax as compared to 5 sen gross per share less 28% tax in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2004 was in line with the profitability and cash flow level of the Group. |
