| This resubmission of the 4th quarterly results is in addition to the earlier amended announcement made on 11 March, 2004 (Ref No. CC-040311-43490). Amendments made to the Summary of Key Financial Information (Part A2) in the earlier amended announcement on 11 March, 2004:- (a) Item 4 - Net profit/(loss) for the current quarter and current year to-date should be (919) and 6,713 respectively; (b) Item 5 - Basic earnings/(loss) per share (sen) for the current quarter and current year to-date should be (4.93) and 36.01 respectively; and (c) Item 6 - Dividend per share (sen) should be NIL for both the current quarter and current year to-date. Amendment in this resubmission :- The basic earnings per share as appeared on the face of the unaudited condensed consolidated income statement and note B13 of the attached quarterly report have included the post-acquisition earnings/(loss) per share which are as follows :- Current year quarter : (4.93) sen Current year to-date : 36.01 sen |
