Remarks :
The Board of Directors recommends a first and final dividend of 10.0 sen per ordinary share as shown below in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2007, which will be tabled for approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting at a date to be determine later:

1) Tax exempt dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share; and
2) 5.0 sen gross per ordinary share less income tax

A first and final dividend of 8.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2006 was paid on 15 November 2006.
