Remarks : 
(a) The basic earnings per unit for the quarter ended 30 September 2018 of 2.41 sen (2017: 2.95 sen) per unit under item 5 above includes an unrealized basic earnings per unit of 0.04 sen (2017: unrealized basic earnings of 0.96 sen) per unit, which is non-distributable.

(b) The quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 September 2018 has been amended as follows:

(i)                  The total property income (includes unrealised rental income) should be stated as RM53,826,000 (YTD 30 September 2018 : RM148,529,000).
(ii)                 The net property income (includes unrealised rental income) should be stated as RM47,032,000 (YTD 30 September 2018 : RM127,652,000).
(iii)               The changes mentioned in (i) and (ii) above do not affect the net income for the year.
