| Further to our previous announcement on the first quarterly report of Southern Acids (M) Bhd "SAB" for the period ended 31 July 2003 which was made on 30 September 2003, please be informed that the said announcement contained the following typograhic errors on the template page:- 1) The date for "Quarterly Report for the financial period ended" and "Financial Year End" should be 31/7/2003 and 30/4/2004 respectively. 2) The date below the "SUMMARY OF KEY FINANCIAL INFORMATION" should be 31/7/2003. 3) The Dividend per share (sen) as stated under item 6 for the current year quarter, preceding year corresponding quarter, current year to date and preceding year corresponding period should all be 5.00. In addition, kindly take note of the amendments for item B9 on Group Borrowings and Debt Securities and item B12 on Dividend of the Explanatory Notes. |
