(i) The Board of Directors has proposed a Final Dividend of 29.60 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each under single-tier system for the financial year ended 29 February 2016, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. (ii) Following the change of financial year end of the Company from 20 February to 28 February, no comparative figures are presented for the current quarter and cumulative quarter results. A copy each of the financial results for the financial period ended 20 February 2015 (Appendix B) together with financial period from 21 February 2015 to 28 February 2015 (Appendix A) are attached herewith for reference. |
